The Sanctuary treatment room with a massage table, soft linens and natural light

What to expect

Take your time.
There is no rush.

Here is exactly how we work together, from the first phone call to the care you give yourself after a session.

Step one

A free 20-minute consultation call

Before booking a full session, you can schedule a free 20-minute phone call. This is a beautiful, pressure-free opportunity for us to connect, establish rapport, and see if we are a genuine match for your healing needs.

We will talk about your personal goals and what you would most like to accomplish in our time together. Nothing has to be decided on the call.

Two ways to meet

  • In-person sessions are held in a private home sanctuary space in Meridian, Idaho that is exclusively dedicated to women, creating an intimate and deeply safe environment for hands-on somatic healing.
  • Virtual sessions warmly welcome men, women, and individuals of all gender identities to experience the same deep, transformational work through remote, online sessions.

No matter your gender, my goal is to provide a container of absolute safety, respect, and deep healing.

In person at The Sanctuary

My physical practice is located in a private home sanctuary setting in Meridian, Idaho. Designed with absolute privacy and comfort in mind, the space features a private, discreet entrance so you can enter your session feeling completely secure, relaxed, and at ease.

Virtual sessions

How a virtual session over Google Meet actually works

Virtual sessions are incredibly powerful, convenient, and empowering. While a virtual session doesn’t use the same physical, hands-on touch as an in-person session, it is highly effective. I will expertly guide you through somatic techniques that you apply to your own body. Together, we will practice intentional breathing techniques, deep grounding exercises, and energy pulling.

  • Convenience and privacy: virtual sessions are completely discreet and save you commute time, allowing you to stay in the absolute comfort and privacy of your own safe home environment.
  • Self-empowerment: because I am teaching you how to apply these techniques to yourself, this work empowers you to learn exactly how to make your own body feel safe, giving you tools you can use for the rest of your life.
  • Ongoing support in the mail: to complement our online work, you won’t just get digital files. I will send tangible worksheets, curated recipes for healing medicinal baths, and continuous email support directly to your mailbox to support you between sessions.

Before your visit

Preparing for somatic and grief work is simple, and your primary focus should be on arriving exactly as you are. To ensure our time together is safe, fluid, and entirely focused on your healing, please follow these guidelines.

  • Seamless prepayment: to provide the ultimate, uninterrupted transition out of your healing state, all sessions are paid for ahead of time when booking. Payment is never something you have to think twice about after you leave.
  • Wear comfortable clothing: loose garments that allow for unrestricted breathing, easy movement, and comfortable stretching. If your session includes bodywork, make sure your clothing allows easy access to your feet and calves for the reflexology protocol.
  • Complete your onboarding paperwork: ahead of your session, you will fill out the intake forms and release of liability forms provided through the website.
  • Share what weighs upon your heart: within those forms, I invite you to share a bit of your personal story or what is currently weighing heavily on your soul. Please only share whatever you feel completely comfortable disclosing. There is no pressure to detail your trauma; a brief overview of what you are carrying is all we need to begin.
  • Hydrate intentionally: I highly recommend drinking plenty of water before arriving. Hydrating your body well is incredibly important to the process, as water helps your cells and nervous system process and shift energetic and emotional density.

Aftercare following your visit

Continue hydrating deeply. Because somatic work initiates a physical and emotional release, your body will continue processing the session long after you leave. Drinking a lot of water during the 24 to 48 hours following our appointment is the best way to support your physical body as it flushes out old stress hormones and integrates a new sense of baseline regulation.

What you can expect from your first session

Healing is a journey, not a quick fix. In order to build a true partnership with each other and learn to safely listen to your body, more than one session is highly recommended. By committing to a consistent practice, you are able to layer the cumulative effects of nervous system regulation, allowing your body to build a lasting baseline of safety while you thoroughly master the physical techniques to use on your own.

I offer many diverse modalities in my coping toolbox, and because your healing timeline cannot be rushed, they cannot all be discovered in just one session. Instead, we work together to customize a personalized somatic plan based entirely on your specific wants, needs, and goals.

A 90-minute session

We move at a pace that honors your body. Within this time, we are usually able to cover at least two, and sometimes three, distinct modalities tailored to you. Clients routinely leave these initial sessions feeling deeply heard, seen, calm, and physically relaxed.

A 4-hour mini-retreat day

A complete physical and emotional reset for your entire nervous system. This deep immersion includes a full reflexology protocol to release physical tension, alongside a medicinal restorative bath infused with therapeutic essential oils, specialized salts, and botanicals. After a full mini-retreat day, most clients leave feeling completely melted, just like butter or a wet noodle!

The cellular upgrade

For the ultimate nervous system restoration, you can choose to include an upgraded IV therapy blend. This works on a cellular level to deeply hydrate your body and restore your nervous system using vital nutrients like magnesium and vitamin C to help build your immune system during times of stress.

After leaving your first session, it is common to feel a profound sense of lighter energy, a quieter mind, and a physical release of the heavy weight you have been carrying, giving you a beautiful glimpse of what is possible as we continue layering this work together.

Cancellation & no-show policy

Life happens, and I understand.

During heavy moments of grief, we often experience deep physical exhaustion, making it incredibly difficult to get out of bed, let alone leave the house. I deeply understand this and want to make gentle allowances for your grief while still respecting my time and boundaries.

If you wake up on the day of your appointment and realize you cannot make it to your in-person or virtual session, you do not have to cancel. I gladly invite you to stay in bed, and we can seamlessly transition our time together into a comforting phone session.

However, if you are completely unable to attend in any capacity, my standard policy is designed to honor the time set aside specifically for you:

  • One-time grace: every client receives one grace session where a late cancellation or missed appointment incurs absolutely no charge.
  • 48-hour notice: you may cancel or reschedule your appointment with no penalty up to 48 hours in advance.
  • Late cancellations & no-shows: following your one-time grace session, if you are unable to pivot to a phone session and cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice (or miss the appointment entirely), a late fee of 50% of your scheduled session price will automatically be charged to the credit card on file.

You don’t have to have it all figured out.

We can begin with a conversation. A free 20-minute phone call gives us time to connect and see if working together feels right.
